Ranked no.52 in England’s Top 100 courses.

We are genuinely delighted that this Private Members Club, normally inaccessible to most visiting golfers, have invited us back for a 3rd time. After 2 ‘sold out’ events, hopefully another treat is in store both on and off the course.

In describing golf courses, the words ‘stunning’ and ‘spectacular’ are often overused or simply inaccurate. Rest assured, Bearwood Lakes is a stunning course, originally laid out in the grounds of Windsor Great Park, covering 200 acres of beautiful Berkshire countryside.

Although only opened in 1996, it’s brilliant craftsmanship, including fully irrigated fairways and putting surfaces meeting full USGA specifications, has already seen it rise to no.52 in the Top100 courses in England. Its practice facilities are second to none. And…..breaking news……..the club has just been selected as an Open Qualifying course in 2024.

An oft quoted review once said: ‘I have never taken so many photos of one course in my life!’. The course meanders through natural woodland and lakes - many think there is not one single weak hole. Its majestic clubhouse offers great views over the opening and closing holes - and serves super food too!

And finally, after visiting the club in 2019, Gary Player visited again in 2022 saying ‘this place is like being in paradise.’ So, another chance for us more mortal golfers to access this great club.
