After a wonderful day here 3 years ago, we return to play the same format offering the same sumptuous package as our days out at Sunningdale each September.

Walton Heath offers 2 top notch heathland courses. Both the Old & the New feature regularly in the Top 100 UK & Ireland courses – the Old has earned its place in the World’s Top 100 every year since rankings commenced in 1938.

The club, founded in 1903, had King Edward V111 as its first captain. James Braid, winner of 5 Open’s, was the first professional & stayed for 45 years. Winston Churchill played here regularly. Both courses have staged many illustrious tournaments over the years, with the pick, possibly, being the staging of the Ryder Cup in 1981. US Open Qualifying is in permanent residence here.

The New Zealander, Michael Campbell, qualified at Walton Heath in 2005, then went on to lift the trophy later that year at Pinehurst.
